- Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address and any details you share when you request a demo, contact us, or become a client.
- Information from our clients' customers: when we provide messaging on behalf of a client business, we process the phone number and message content of people who contact that business, so we can reply to their inquiry.
- Basic website data: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule demos
- To provide our services, including sending and receiving text messages about a customer's inquiry
- To operate, maintain and improve our services
- To comply with legal obligations
SMS / text messaging
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that help us provide messaging services, such as our SMS provider.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our messaging, hosting and database providers), with the client business a customer contacted, or when required by law.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and keep it only as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal requirements.
